We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.

• Less than 24 hour window will incur a charge of 50% of missed service(s).

• No Show/No Call will incur a charge of 100% of missed appointment(s).

• Future appointments will not be accepted until cancellation fee is paid in full.

In the case of unexpected circumstances (passing of a loved one (human or pet), car accident, involuntary illness or injury, etc.), on day of appointment, please contact the salon for a refund on the automatic cancellation charge.
